Samara living is assembling houses for exporting to the united states. Once the house is finished it gets transported on flatbed platforms to the california owners location. Coordinating mainly the delivery of the finished houses at the construction site in california, which involves flat-bed platforms, scheduling the carrier, its route, and delivery to the destination point. Delivery of replacement materials to the site, as well as communication with program managers. Purchase of materials, if necessary, and their coordination for their delivery on site. Responsible for coordinating the movements of merchandise, both imports and exports, from reception to final distribution. During your day-to-day work, you will participate in the planning and control of decisive processes for the operation of the organization, such as the coordination of merchandise, the coordination of movements with transportation companies, planning routes for the transportation of units, coordination of permits and legal requirements to travel on us routes. Monitor the supply chain to avoid bottlenecks. Coordinate with the teams responsible for tracking shipments and consider factors such as traffic, weather conditions, delivery dates of units at sites, and legal restrictions, resolving any unforeseen events that may arise. Requirement: 3-5 years in logistics, transportation, or shipping operations, preferably in a maquiladora or manufacturing. Degree in logistics, business administration, supply chain management, or related field software proficiency: microsoft excel. Experience with warehouse management systems (wms), transportation management systems (tms) data analysis & reporting: monitoring kpis to optimize routes, shipments, and inventory levels. Regulatory compliance: familiarity with import/export regulations, shipping, and freight carrier procedures. Documentation: processing, tracking, and maintaining accurate purchase orders and shipping documents. Essential soft skills communication: exceptional verbal and written skills to coordinate between carriers, suppliers, and customers. Organization & time management: ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple shipments simultaneously, and meet strict deadlines. Problem-solving: proactively addressing logistics disruptions like delays, shortages, or damaged goods. Attention to detail: high accuracy in data entry and verifying shipment details. Adaptability: working effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, often remotely or with limited supervision. J-18808-ljbffr
