as a talent acquisition senior manager for contract logistics in mexico, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's future. We're looking for a strategic thinker and a passionate leader who can drive our talent acquisition efforts to new heights.

the role leads recruitment for the contract logistics business unit across mexico, including office roles, start‐up operations, and high‐volume recruitment for fulfillment and delivery (warehouse) roles.

* oversees the end‐to‐end recruitment process for contract logistics across mexico (18 warehouses across the country).
* the main goal is to create a strong team for in‐house recruitment for warehouse worker roles.
* meets regularly and builds strong relationships with contract logistics and human resources leaders to ensure recruitment and sourcing activities are aligned with current business goals and upcoming customer needs.
* tracks and analyzes recruitment data related to team performance, shares regular and comprehensive reports with business leaders.
* manages vendor relationships and maintains agency relationships responsible for contract logistics recruitment preferred suppliers.
* utilizes talent mapping insights to inform and advise stakeholders.
* ensures workload is adequately allocated across the team according to capabilities and complexity of work.
* manages team performance; sets clear performance goals, provides continuous direction, tracks individual performance, provides timely feedback, documents performance concerns, conducts regular 1:1 meetings and annual performance reviews.
* collaborate with talent acquisition leaders and business leaders to align short and long‐term recruitment strategies with contract logistics hiring goals.
* engage stakeholders to provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations that align with business goals.
* plays a key role in start‐up operations across mexico and drives recruitment plan and direction.
what we would like you to bring
* bachelor's degree.
* minimum of 5‐7 years of demonstrated recruiting experience (massive recruitment –400 vacancies per month during peak season, warehouse worker recruitment).
* minimum of 2 years' experience as a people manager.
* experience with high‐volume recruitment, preferably in a 3pl‐warehousing light manufacturing type environment.
* sense of urgency.
* demonstrated experience in managing a team and prioritizing workloads, especially during peak season.
* excellent communication and organizational skills.
* english at intermediate level is desired.
