role overview
responsible for supporting the development and execution of trade marketing initiatives by translating shopper and channel strategies into actionable plans that create demand.
Accountabilities
core responsibilities / outcomes expected
execute shopper and trade marketing initiatives by implementing channel and customer activation plans in line with defined strategy.
Support the development of trade plans including promotions, displays, visibility and pos materials across channels.
Coordinate cross-functional execution with sales, marketing, finance and external partners to ensure timely and effective deployment.
Track sell out performance and activation kpis to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
Ensure executional excellence by monitoring compliance and providing feedback to improve effectiveness.
Other applicable scope defining dimensions
tactical ownership of key seasons and events.
Day-to-day coordination with sales teams for in-store execution
interaction with master distributors, agencies, suppliers, and internal support teams.
Trade budget tracking and activation calendars.
Develop and track engagement plan for the master distributor sales team.
Qualifications

solid understanding of trade marketing and shopper activation principles.
Strong execution and project management skills.
Analytical capability to track performance and draw actionable insights.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strong collaboration and communication skills
detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset
experience & education
bachelor´s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
+3 years of experience in trade marketing, sales support or commercial roles.
Experience in cpg/fmcg and other commercial areas strongly preferred.
Exposure to sell-out analysis, promotions, and in-store activation.
Fluent in english and spanish
