About this role we're hiring a creative web project manager / digital producer for a 4–5 month contract to take ownership of several active web projects. There is genuine potential to extend or convert to a permanent role if the fit is right for both sides. Our producers own their client relationships end-to-end: guiding project strategy, managing delivery, and serving as the primary point of contact from kickoff through launch. You'll work alongside talented designers and developers, and the expectation is that you bring enough project fluency to earn their trust quickly and enough strategic instinct to shape the work, not just ship it. Language & availability this role requires full professional fluency in english, written and spoken. You'll lead client video calls, draft client-facing emails, and collaborate daily with a team that operates entirely in english. Our clients and team operate across us eastern through pacific time. We expect core availability between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm eastern, with flexibility around how you structure the rest of your day. Key responsibilities own 3–5 client web projects simultaneously, including timelines, budgets, scope, and all client communication from kickoff through launch. Serve as the primary client contact: lead calls, present work, manage expectations, and navigate difficult conversations directly. Produce ux strategy deliverables (sitemaps, content models, etc.) alongside the team. This is hands-on work, and comfort with contributing to these artifacts directly is important. Coordinate shared design and development resources across concurrent projects, communicating priorities clearly and managing competing timelines. Guide clients toward stronger decisions when needed — respectfully, specifically, and grounded in their business goals. Contribute to process improvement. We value producers who observe how the work is going and surface ideas for doing it better. Ideal candidate profile 4–7+ years managing web projects in an agency or client-services environment, with full lifecycle experience from discovery through launch. Direct experience in a client-facing agency role where you owned the relationship, not supported it from behind an account manager. Full professional fluency in english, written and spoken. Tactical project management skills that are well-established (timelines, jira tickets, resource coordination) so that your energy is available for the parts of the work that require judgment. Emerging or established comfort with strategy work. Perhaps you've built a sitemap under deadline pressure, or drafted a content model because the project needed one and you were closest to the material. The ability to make judgment calls under ambiguity. We're interested in how you've handled situations where the path forward wasn't obvious and a decision needed to be made anyway.
