Job description
key account manager (kam) responsible for aligning customer needs with janssen’s product strategy, executing sales plans, generating reports and dashboards, and driving revenue in assigned accounts.
Responsabilidades
act as commercial connection between public institutions and internal stakeholders.
Reach appointed sales targets in assigned accounts.
Design and implement integrated strategies with access, sales, and therapeutic areas.
Generate reports/dashboard for therapeutic areas and sales forces to provide visibility on contract progress, market indicators, and opportunities.
Identify new business opportunities and drive process improvements within the organization.
Create maximized budgets and contracts with assigned institutions.
Perform accurate portfolio forecasting with marketing and sales.
Develop and communicate clear account plans to the organization.
Map accounts and decision‑makers.
Align strategies and actions across functional teams (s&op, regulatory, legal, finance, marketing, sales) to achieve objectives.
Ensure contract formalization: licenses, guarantees, product deliveries, avoiding delays and penalties.
Support compliance of o2c, credit, collection, logistics and delivery processes.
Collaborate with marketing and sales on brand planning.
Understand product lifecycle in institutions (cat ii, tower control, pepmae, receta alterna).
Requisitos / cualificaciones
graduada profesional.
3–5 años en roles comerciales (kam, gerente de ventas, representante de ventas senior, product manager).
No se requiere experiencia farmacéutica.
Preferible experiencia liderando equipos.
Disponibilidad para trabajar 80% del tiempo en campo.
Inglés intermedio mínimo.
Licencia de conducir.
Ubicación en ciudad de méxico.
