You will design fully responsive visuals from concept to completion, ensuring exceptional user experiences. Analyze industry trends and competitor designs to create innovative and effective marketing materials. Usability testing plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on designs and identify areas for improvement. Iterate designs based on user testing results and feedback. Organization & documentation produce detailed visual and interaction assets to streamline the development team’s implementation of designs, including style guides, variables, and design systems. Handoff delivery: prepare and deliver comprehensive design handoffs to engineering teams. Industry awareness: stay up‑to‑date with industry design trends and technologies. Requirements minimum of 5 years of professional design experience, preferably in a b2b environment including agency, tech, or freelance work. Startup agency experience is a big plus. Graphic design skills: expertise in creating compelling visual content with strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Proficient in adobe creative suite and other design tools. Ui skills: excel in creating scalable ui designs for desktop and mobile using figma and adobe suite. Web mastery: showcase advanced proficiency in web design, with deep understanding of interfaces, user experience principles, and ability to create visually compelling websites. Organization: skilled in systemic design for team‑wide use, covering components, typography, colors, grids, and margins.
