About this opportunity
this position is a critical member of our team, responsible for ensuring that all human resources activities are managed effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, assessing, and reviewing all hr activities, including compensation, work environment, associate relations, compliance, mexico's federal labor law, social security matters, and interpretation of site and company human resources policies and procedures.
key responsibilities include:
* managing and administering compensation programs within established guidelines.
* providing liaison and consulting services to all levels of management and associates, interpreting and defining division and human resources policies and procedures.
* analyzing and reviewing statistical data and reports to identify causes of turnover and retention within the workforce.
* assisting site leadership in the development and reinforcement of organizational strategies, structure, and processes.
required skills and qualifications
the ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. A minimum of three years of progressive hr generalist experience in a management role is required. The candidate should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate and resolve issues without direct authority. Additionally, proficiency in microsoft office products, including word, excel, and powerpoint, is essential.
