work location: mexico - (hybrid - 3 days at office, - prol. We are seeking an instructional designer who will be responsible for design, develop, and update digital and face-to-face training materials that facilitate effective learning within the organization, using instructional methodologies and specialized tools such as articulate 360 (storyline, rise).
design e-learning courses and teaching resources using articulate storyline and articulate rise.
create instructional scripts, storyboards, assessments, and supplementary materials.
analyze training needs and translate them into effective learning solutions.
adapt technical or complex content into clear, practical, and educational formats.
integrate multimedia resources such as audio, video, animations, simulators, and interactive activities.
• collaborate with subject matter experts (smes) to validate technical information and content.
• perform testing, corrections, and quality assurance before publishing content.
• stay up to date with trends in instructional design, learning ux and new technological tools.
bachelor's degree in instructional design, communication, educational technology,
minimum 2–3 years' experience as an instructional designer.
• experience developing interactive courses, microlearning, and digital assessments.
• ability to create clear, structured, learning-oriented content.
• basic knowledge of audio, video, and image editing (desirable).
