mission: materials & logistic manager
you are responsible for the management of the plant logistics team, building the plant logistics budget and following up on related kpi targets, staffing and training the materials management & logistics team, and promoting the values & objectives of antolin tlaxcala.

* follow up kpi target achievement related to plant logistics.
* coordinate staffing, training, polyvalence and career management for the materials management & logistics team.
* upload information to systems (lear / audi).
* perform activities related to client interactions.
what we are looking for
* build plant logistics budget and follow up on kpi targets.
* staffing, training, polyvalence and career management for materials mgt. & logistics team.
* meet logistics targets and follow up on kpi related to delivery performance, stock accuracy, stock value, transport cost, system usage, and head counts.
* ensure implementation and respect of defined standards.
* propose best practices and lessons learned to plant management and logistics organization, ensuring know-how capitalization and implementation.
* plant logistics readiness for new programs.
* proper plant erp setup for logistics.
* achieve best-in-class delivery performance to customers.
* lead robust s&op and master production scheduling processes. Manage warehouse operations and full physical flow (reception, storage, line feeding, shipping) to secure continuous supply. Procure materials as needed.
* manage material planning team to ensure availability of raw materials/components while respecting stock value targets and driving continuous improvement actions (e.g., stock reduction, supplier delivery performance).
