*about this opportunity*:
we are now looking for an ran support engineer to join our phenomenal team, you will provide technical service and support to our customers.
in this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve problems to stabilize customer networks, also will configure and integrate different nodes and solutions in new and live customer networks.
this team typically interacts with customer technical staff, operation managers, service engineers and other groups within the service delivery organization.
working as a support engineer will require a broad knowledge within telecom and datacom, covering both hardware, software and network knowledge.
*what you will do*:
- handle customer issues, providing dedicated support according with customer needs
- mentor remote service gateway (rsg)
- the role more than often requires you to seek big responsibility and it is important that you can work independently
- you will work, collaborate, and communicate in the international environment, both with colleagues internally as well as customers
*you will bring (essentially)*:
- bachelor's degree
- english advanced
- experience in support for ran products (2g/3g/4g/5g)
- solid understanding in ran technologies
- proper understanding of the 3gpp standard
*it would be a plus if you have*:
- experience in baseband and to know moshell/amos is an asset
- experience in evo 8200/8300 or rnc 3810 /3820
