key responsibilities:
* respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
* provide accurate information and solutions to resolve customer concerns, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.

requirements

* high school diploma or equivalent.
* advanced english level.
* ability to take a full-time job and work 100% on-site at arboledas, querétaro.
* proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a call center environment.
* excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

* ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
