Rompa group is looking for a high-energy, entrepreneurial sales manager who thrives in an international, results-driven environment. You’ll be responsible for developing new business and managing key multinational accounts with a focus on supporting growth in our americas region. You can live in united states or mexico. We’re looking for someone who brings a strong technical background, ideally with experience in injection moulding and automotive, and who feels comfortable representing rompa with confidence and clarity in front of integral customers. Key responsibilities - drive growth within the region: identify and engage with potential new customers that align with rompa’s manufacturing capabilities. - full account ownership: develop and execute account plans that balance client strategy with internal objectives. You are the main commercial contact and project owner. - sales project leadership: act as the commercial lead in multidisciplinary teams. Influence decision-making in areas like quality, technology, and logistics to ensure smooth project execution. - quotations & proposals: evaluate client inquiries and collaborate with the internal team to create customized proposals. - customer retention & expansion: grow existing accounts through trust-based relationships and proactive value creation. - market insight & analytics: interpret sales data, identify trends and opportunities, and translate insights into actions. - salesforce crm: log all relevant sales activity and pipeline progression. - reporting: maintain close alignment with the sales manager in the netherlands and operational coordination with the plant manager in mexico.
