*role overview*:
as a supply chain consultant, you equip customers with supply chain planning solutions. You analyze planning challenges, assist in the solution design, implement and validate the solution, and ensure a smooth “go-live”. Customers rely on your support throughout the entire project life cycle. In this role, you will primarily work with us-based clients and collaborate closely with us project teams to deliver exceptional solutions.
*main responsibilities*:
- find innovative planning solutions in collaboration with solution architects
- implement solutions from start to finish with customer project teams
- provide expertise during and after implementation
- train customers to maximize solution potential
- document implemented solutions with technical and functional notes
- collaborate effectively with *us clients and project teams* to meet objectives
- travel to customer sites up to 20% of your working time
*requirements*:
- strong analytical skills, preferably completed with a master’s degree with a specialization in production management, logistics, supply chain, or similar
- basic programming skills (sql, javascript, java, c#, c++, php)
- strong it affinity and willingness to learn new software
- flexibility to travel
