key responsibilities
act as the main contact for clients, ensuring effective communication.
resolve account issues proactively to prevent escalations.
monitor account health, kpis, and compliance with amazon policies.
coordinate with internal teams on logistics, inventory, and operations.
manage daily account tasks efficiently and accurately.
provide clients with performance reports and improvement insights.
identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
minimum 3 years in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles.
excellent communication skills for managing client relationships.
