that integrates commercial advisory, real-time fleet monitoring, predictive maintenance, and specialized post-sales support.

about the role
you will work closely with strategic fleet customers, ensuring a strong post-sales experience and maximizing
up-time
for their units.
your responsibilities include analyzing field failures, performing technical tests, proposing improvements, and preventing issues through predictive analysis.
you will also contribute to continuous improvement, support negotiations, and help disseminate key technical information to distributors and internal teams.
what we're looking for
* mechanical, industrial, or related engineering degree
* 4–5 years of experience in service, customer support, or sales (automotive experience is a plus)
* knowledge of fleet operations, regulations, kpis, and data analysis
* advanced english
* strong communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, and problem-solving abilities

full payroll
salary: $40,000–$45,000 mxn gross
