the spa supervisor assists in overseeing the daily operations of the spa to ensure a luxurious, seamless, and rejuvenating experience for all guests. This role includes supervising the spa team, ensuring service excellence, maintaining cleanliness and ambiance, and supporting administrative tasks. The spa supervisor acts as a key point of contact between therapists, reception staff, and spa leadership.
*key responsibilities*:
- assist in the daily supervision and coordination of spa operations, including treatments, reception, locker rooms, and retail areas.
- ensure guests receive outstanding service from arrival to departure, aligned with brand standards.
- monitor appointment scheduling, therapist assignments, and service flow to optimize productivity and guest satisfaction.
- support the recruitment, training, coaching, and scheduling of spa team members.
- conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness of all spa areas.
- resolve guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
- assist with inventory management of spa products, towels, amenities, and retail stock.
- ensure all team members comply with health and safety regulations and hygiene protocols.
- support marketing efforts and promotions in collaboration with the spa manager.
- act as manager on duty in the absence of the spa manager.

- minimum 2 years of experience in spa or wellness operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
- background in hospitality, wellness, or beauty industry preferred.
- strong organizational and customer service skills.
- excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- knowledge of spa software systems (e.g., book4time, zenoti, or similar).
- certification in massage therapy, esthetics, or wellness (optional but advantageous).
- fluent in english; additional languages are a plus.
