Misión del puesto

as the leader of the field service team, the primary responsibility is to deliver on commitment maintained metrics and regional p&l; financial targets. This role leads the team to achieve maintain commitment operational metrics and revenue, vcm and ebitda financial targets. Understand the customer requirements and coach and direct effective account management, ensuring customer’s experience commitment maintained and that husky’s performance and revenue objectives are met, developing a strong field service team, improving field support quality and achieving first call issue resolutions.

key responsibilities

  • provide leadership to the field service team so as to achieve commitment maintained through team development, mentoring the regional service coordinator/team leader role & technicians and to ensure excellence in execution.
  • achieve customer satisfaction through effective resolution of customer service issues.
  • develop sustainable service revenues through proactive selling of parts and service products including preventive / predictive maintenance contracts with a focus on attach, recapture and renewal.
  • develop relationships and business in targeted customer key accounts.
  • frequent travel will be required to meet customers, field service team and in support of the sales team and account management activities.

  • financial acumen and ability to manage a p&l;
  • proven ability to effectively grow revenue with account management activities including integrated account strategies
  • customer centric problem solving
  • flexibility to adapt to fast changing, high pressure situations.
  • excellent communication skills both verbal and written, and, proven leadership skills.
  • technical and mechanical knowledge of injection molding systems and or related products.
  • good project management skills.
  • ability to work remotely from the main organizational center, and maintain good communication lines with it, and to the regional field service team.

qualifications / experience

  • related engineering degree.
  • minimum of 10 years of experience working within a capital equipment oem environment.
  • minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technical field or environment related to technical customer service in a leadership role.
