The position is based at our hq in rome. The role of the fashion jewelry designer is to support the design and creation of jewelry and fashion bijoux accessories based on the main collection and market trends. The designer will collaborate closely with the design and product development teams to contribute to the creation of high-quality fashion jewelry accessories.
main responsibilities
* creative vision for new collections: develop new collections from creative inputs, research seasonal trends, and explore new materials. Contribute to the visual aesthetic and overall design direction.
* collection development: ensure timely delivery and quality standards, collaborate with product teams to meet cost and margin targets while maintaining aesthetic appeal and brand consistency.
* technical expertise: provide technical graphic support using adobe photoshop and illustrator, refine material elements, create color variations, and produce digital renderings for production.
* collaboration and communication: engage positively with colleagues, suppliers, and external partners, participate in meetings, and coordinate collection development activities.
profile
* minimum 8 years of experience in jewelry design.
* strong background in fashion jewelry or jewelry design with a relevant diploma or master’s degree.
* proficiency in adobe indesign, photoshop, microsoft excel, and hand sketching.
* knowledge of jewelry construction and materials.
* ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
* strong organizational and communication skills.
* proactive and responsible attitude.
* fluent in italian and english, both spoken and written.
