about the role
we are looking for a well‐connected and results‐driven senior manager – sales to expand and strengthen branding and performance business growth in the mexico market.
this is a branding‐first role with strong emphasis on ctv, programmatic, and display solutions, while also leveraging mobile & web performance opportunities to maximize revenue.
the ideal candidate will bring deep market knowledge, strong agency and client relationships, and the ability to build strategic, revenue‐driven partnerships across mexico.
roles & responsibilities
* expand and strengthen branding‐led revenue growth in mexico with primary focus on ctv, programmatic, and display solutions.
* manage and expand strong relationships with top media agencies, direct brands, and key decision‐makers in the mexico market.
* identify and unlock new branding opportunities across agency and direct client ecosystems.
* strategically pitch and position xapads' branding solutions including ctv, programmatic, display, native, and digital brand formats.
* leverage performance expertise (mobile & web) to capture additional budgets and grow overall revenue.
* own the end‐to‐end sales cycle – prospecting, pitching, negotiation, onboarding, campaign alignment, and revenue closure.
* collaborate with internal teams (ad ops, strategy, product) to ensure seamless campaign execution and client success.
* track market intelligence, competitor activity, and industry trends to refine go‐to‐market strategy.
* deliver consistent revenue growth aligned with regional and global business targets.
qualifications & skills
* 10+ years of experience in digital media / adtech sales within the mexico market.
* deep understanding of branding solutions across ctv, programmatic, display, native, and traditional digital ecosystems, with additional experience in banner & rich media considered a plus.
* experience in performance marketing (mobile & web) is required.
* strong and established client and agency network in mexico.
* proven ability to drive strategic partnerships and revenue growth.
* excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
* ability to work in a fast‐paced, high‐growth environment.
* fluency in spanish and english is a strong advantage.
