research is the starting point of almost every project.
independently research unfamiliar topics and clarify the first steps of a process or project source and organize information to support travel, documentation, healthcare, real estate, and service needs insurance renewals, medical tracking, property tax deadlines) maintain digital organization in google suite, dropbox, todoist, notion, and other tools has 3+ years in roles involving personal or executive assistant support, ideally in unstructured or high-trust environments experience turning messy or unclear projects into actionable plans — even if they don't execute all of it google suite (docs, sheets, calendar), dropbox, todoist, notion, tripit, mailbird (or equivalent) a formal project manager overseeing full delivery cycles a corporate ea role focused solely on inboxes or calendars a junior va executing repetitive tasks it's a hybrid, dynamic support role for someone who finds clarity in complexity, builds plans where none exist, and supports two thoughtful humans with a mix of presence, discretion, and initiative.
