**Job Description**:
**In this highly collaborative role you will use your expertise in human resources to**:
- Identify and use innovative channels to identify and engage with hard-to-find positions, including social media and networking.
- Expert in the use of social media as a recruiting medium.
- Being responsible for the entire full-cycle recruiting process.
- Create recruitment strategies to fulfill complex positions.
- find ways to automate operative work and become more efficient;
- constantly review the process and find ways to be more accurate, efficient and tackle frequently faced problems in the operations perspective;
- Expert in mass recruitment.
- Extensive experience in recruiting operational staff.

Job Requirements:
Your background, experience, and interests include:
- A bachelor's degree and three to five years of recruiting experience.
- Prior experience recruiting for production line employees.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- System savvy - able to quickly learn our HR systems.
- Intermediate level of english.
