key responsibilities
- lead the development and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement innovative solutions.
- conduct process analysis, including data collection and analysis, to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.

you must have
- bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in process engineering or a similar role
- strong knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes and process improvement methodologies
- proficiency in process analysis and data-driven decision-making
- excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
