a new production, modification, improvement
1 creation of complex new products (tools, fixtures) according to drawings, oral specifications or samples
using the various machining processes
2 creation of difficult sample and device parts including the necessary auxiliary devices
3 manufacture of difficult tool components and auxiliary devices for the optimisation of production
processes, taking ergonomic and qualitative aspects into account
(drawings, sketches, verbal agreements) into account.
4 changing difficult tools and fixtures due to operational or procedural necessities
5 preparation of the necessary documentation and, if necessary, instruction of the operators
6 recognition of material and surface defects and elimination of defects after consultation with the
responsible authorities
b error analysis / troubleshooting
1 analyzing and diagnosing errors with application by diagnostic systems and specification of malfunctions on
complex tools and devices with different technologies
2 analysis and elimination of error causes, if necessary during the running production process

4 preparation of a wear forecast and derivation of the necessary consequences for future use
5 determination of type and scope of fault and damage repair (quality, costs, deadlines)
6 development of proposals for the elimination of weak points and prevention of damage

1 replacement of defective components according to specifications and assistance in commissioning the
tools
2 repair of defective components under consideration of economic aspects
3 carrying out difficult polishing work on tool parts with a wide variety of geometries and surfaces with high
decorative requirements
4 production of spare parts according to drawings, sketches and samples
5 carrying out maintenance, inspection and repair work on tools and devices according to existing
maintenance plans and drawings
6 creation of maintenance plans and coordination of measures to optimize maintenance, inspection and
repair work (cycles, materials, effort)
7 documentation of the activities carried out in the computer-supported recording system (technical
completion of the order, hourly feedback)
