As a maintenance technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that equipment is in good working order and for servicing critical production line systems. You will also focus on the continuous improvement of the processes implemented in our injection, blow molding, printing, and peripheral equipment.
you will work at the pesa plant and report directly to our maintenance coordinator.

key responsibilities
* you will comply with the maintenance program established for injection, blow molding, printing, and peripheral equipment, peripherals, and main equipment.
* you will maintain the 5s system in the maintenance area.
* you will perform daily general maintenance routines for the inspection and start-up of plant substations, electrical panels, pumping equipment, air compressors, chillers, and machines.
* you will identify and diagnose problems and record maintenance documentation: instructions and work orders, checklists, and peripheral work instructions.
qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in maintenance of injection molding machines, blow molding machines, printing machines, and peripheral equipment
* technical knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, and electrical control
* knowledge of oracle and lean manufacturing systems
* office software
