role description & summary
this is a contract remote role for a real estate agent at shoreline realty group pv. We are looking for experienced and customer-focused real estate agents to join our team. The ideal candidate is technology-adept, has a strong sales background, is capable of understanding complex legal and financial principles related to real estate purchases and investments, has a strong discipline, drive and motivation for financial success, and is fluent in both spanish and english. You will help clients buy, sell, and invest in properties while providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

* real estate license in us or canada and real estate skills is helpful but not required

* client acquisition: find buyers and sellers of real property or businesses.
* client management: provide guidance and support throughout the buying and selling process.
* property marketing: use online platforms, crms, and social media to market and promote listings.
* transaction coordination: assist clients with the negotiation and documentation process.
* networking: build a strong presence within the local real estate community.
* mentorship: experienced agents may be asked to mentor new agents through our structured training programs.

* entrepreneurial: you may have been a consultant or business owner or operator in the past or present, and you understand that the only path to success is to do, not talk about or plan on doing.
* technology-adept: proficient or willing to learn new software tools, crms, and online marketing techniques.
* sales-driven: track record of successful sales or a strong desire to learn sales & marketing techniques.
* customer-focused: emphasis on client relationships and exceptional service.
* data-driven: you understand numbers and can speak intelligently about their meaning in easy to understand language.
* fearless: you will need to embrace change and respect that the laws, traditions and processes for selling and buying real estate in mexico are similar to the rest of n. America, but not the same.
* detail oriented: accuracy over speed is important for this role.
* bilingual: fluency in both spanish and english is a strong asset, but not a requirement.
* homeownership: preference for current, past or prospective homeowners.
