work you'll do - project leadership: lead fulllife-cycle oracle fusion talent management implementations, frominitial scoping and requirements gathering to post-go-livestabilization, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- solutiondesign & architecture: collaborate with hr and it leadership todesign comprehensive oracle fusion hcm solutions that align withbusiness objectives and regulatory requirements, ensuringscalability and efficiency.
- functional expertise: act as atrusted advisor and subject matter expert (sme) on oracle fusiontalent management, providing advanced guidance on systemfunctionality, optimization strategies, and best practices.
- datamigration & integration: oversee complex data migration effortsfrom legacy systems to oracle fusion, ensuring data accuracy,integrity, and compliance.
lead system integration efforts acrossoracle hcm modules (compensation and benefits) and externalsystems.
- process optimization: drive business processre-engineering by analyzing current talent and performanceprocesses, identifying areas for improvement, and designingsolutions to optimize workforce management and hr service delivery.- advanced support: provide expert-level functional support,troubleshoot complex system issues, and collaborate with oraclesupport to resolve high-priority service requests (srs).
- training& mentorship: lead training sessions and workshops for endusers and junior consultants.
create and maintain documentation forsystem configurations, processes, and key decisions.
- testing& quality assurance: manage end-to-end testing strategies,including system testing, user acceptance testing (uat), andregression testing to ensure system stability and accuratedeployments.
- reporting & analytics: leverage oracle reportingtools (otbi, bi publisher, hcm extracts) to create high-leveldashboards and reports, providing key insights to hr leaders anddecision-makers.
- compliance & governance: ensure compliancewith data security, privacy regulations, and internal governancepolicies.
develop and maintain security roles and accesspermissions.
qualifications - education: bachelor's degree ininformation technology, business administration, human resources,or a related field.
- experience: - 7+ years of experience withfunctional support or implementation in oracle fusion talent, corehr, recruiting, onboarding, or learn.
- experience implementing /supporting oracle cloud talent in all phases on two fullimplementations (requirements gathering, design, build, go-live,testing).
- proven experience in leading multi-country oraclefusion hcm implementations.
- extensive knowledge of talent andperformance processes, goal management, career development,succession planning etc.
- technical skills: - deep expertise inoracle fusion hcm, with a focus on profile management, goalmanagement, career development, succession planning and talentpool.
- strong understanding of rating models, item catalog,content sections, eligibility profile, questionnaire andquestionnaire templates, check-in, performance and feedbacktemplates.
- understanding of oracle reporting tools (otbi, bipublisher, hcm extracts) and experience with data migration andintegration strategies.
- familiarity with oracle hcm securityroles, workflow configurations, and approvals.
- experience inconfiguration tasks dff, eff, eit, value sets, common lookups,workflow and approval for talent management processes.
- experiencein personalization using page composer and design studio,autocomplete rules.
- familiar with oracle fusion security designand structure.
- understanding of data loaders, spreadsheetloaders, personalization/customizations, reporting tools.
- softskills: - excellent english verbal and written communicationskills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients andteam members.
- ability to work collaboratively in a teamenvironment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in adynamic consulting landscape.
