Minimum 2 years of experience managing time management systems for companies with more than 1,000 employees (preferred).
- graduate of a bachelor's degree in public accounting, administration or related area.
- intermediate conversational english (minimum 600 pts toeic) - general knowledge of payroll processes.
- advanced excel (power bi desirable)
- time & attendance (t&a) system level 2, application support and administration;
- coordination of system / clock hardware issues; configuration adjustments;
- vendor & local coordination via ticketing system; adherence to global standards;
- t&a systems implemetation in partnership with project manager & process owner (blueprinting, user acceptance testing, go live support; status tracking & reporting); t&a application training;
- t&a job aids and communication material update support;
- standardized implementation processes;
- reporting
management or customers, managing or maintaining systems or processes or completing projects to develop or changing
systems or processes as appropriate.
