we are looking for a bilingual (spanish and english) representative to deliver world-class customer support and build customer satisfaction.
*primary job responsibilities*
- receiving calls from clients.
- answer incoming calls customer service lines.
- provide a high level of professional and competent service assistance.
- successfully complete and approve training and quality requirements.
*skills/knowledge/abilities*
- call center experience a plus
- answers inbound calls within guidelines/goals established by the client and management. Consistently achieves call quality score goals in order to meet client and customer satisfaction goals.
