* key outputs/deliverables:
* program communication strategy: develop and implement communication strategies for priority programs that advance the organization’s mission, support zone and global it initiatives, strengthen understanding of the function’s role and contributions within nestlé, and foster a cohesive and high-performing culture.
* leadership communications: ensure communications for the head of it & digital americas and other it & digital leaders are tailored to objectives and target audiences to advance nestlé’s priorities.
* it & digital brand management and internal public: promote the team’s brand in messaging; highlight successes to nestlé stakeholders and select external audiences to enhance it & digital’s reputation.
* stakeholder engagement: support leaders with stakeholder management and engagement planning; collaborate with americas and global partners to ensure aligned messages and execution strategies; form and manage communication networks for initiatives.
* metrics and analytics: measure effectiveness of communications and use data to inform future strategies.
qualifications:
* bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or related field; master’s preferred.
* 7+ years in internal or corporate communications with a track record of successful strategies; experience in technology or fmcg preferred.
* 5+ years in multimedia storytelling, digital communications, and large-audience techniques; experience with tools such as poppulo, workplace, etc.; multicultural environments.
* 2+ years leading a communication strategy from ideation to execution; fluent in english and spanish.
preferred and critical experiences:
* change management communication experience; external storytelling; advising senior leaders on messaging; coaching junior staff.
