Job description
we are seeking an experienced trade marketing professional to develop and implement strategic plans to drive sell-out, floor-share, and market share growth.
the ideal candidate will have a strong background in trade marketing, with expertise in planning, negotiating, and executing promotional calendars, as well as analyzing sell-out kpis and creating action plans to mitigate opportunities and maximize results.
* support the sales team in accelerating sell-out through digital and physical pos by creating tailored plans aligned with brand and product strategies.
* execute in-store strategy (digital and physical) considering all relevant touchpoints to increase conversion rates.
* analyze sell-out metrics (sell-out, floor-share, hotspots, market share, etc.) and devise an action plan to address opportunities and enhance outcomes.
* collaborate with clients to design and implement effective marketing strategies and product promotion campaigns.
* lead/manage trade marketing assistants and training assistants to ensure seamless execution of trade marketing initiatives.
* oversee the leadership of promoters teams (merchandising), defining routes for visits, goals, and kpis to achieve optimal roi for the company.
* assist clients in elevating brand positioning and provide marketing assets to all channels and vendors: pop materials, displays, digital assets for ecommerce, etc.
* in partnership with the sales team, design and implement an integrated promotional calendar with key trade partners.
* plan and execute training platforms for retail salespeople and promoters to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to lead shopper marketing implementation according to the plan.
