*bilingual virtual assistant (property management)*
*key responsibilities*:
- *rent collection & records*:
- call tenants to remind and collect monthly rent payments and late fees as applicable.
- process and reconcile rent payments while maintaining up-to-date records of tenant accounts, security deposits, and other transactions.
- *tenant communication*:
- provide guidance to tenants on payment platforms, lease terms, and move-in/move-out procedures.
- *maintenance coordination*:
- log and coordinate tenant maintenance requests with vendors or maintenance staff to ensure timely resolution.
- track the progress of maintenance tasks and follow up as needed.
- *marketing & advertising*:
- create property marketing materials such as brochures, virtual tours, and online property listings.
- engage with prospective tenants and reviewers on platforms such as facebook, instagram, yelp, and others.
*qualifications*:
- fluency in *english and spanish* (written and verbal).
- experience using property management software (e.g., doorloop, buildium, or similar tools).
- strong organizational and communication skills.
- proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, including social media and property listing websites.
- ability to work remotely with a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
- previous experience in property management or real estate (preferred but not required).
