*requirements*:
- bachelor / university degree in international business, industrial engineering or related
- 2-3 years in whs customer service
- advanced english
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- data analysis
- ms office
activities:
- understand customer needs and communicate analyzed customers' requests
- coordinate with whs, manager and client and follow up until completion.
- maintain and file all records in accordance with company procedure
- billing process under madrid using zenith system
- attend on site meetings with the client
- elaborate client ´s satisfaction surveys
