*your future role*
*we'll look to you for*:
- creating, validating, and releasing alstom part numbers in specialized tools.,
- creating and maintaining the engineering bom in plm systems.,
- ensuring that configuration management rules and engineering standards are followed in each processed request to ensure the quality of deliverables.,
- ensuring the quality of technical documentation that describes our products (drawings, reports, materials lists, etc.
), publishing it in digital control systems, and preparing shipments to the customer.,
- providing support to design engineering teams around the world on product configuration, change management, and nomenclature rules.,
- following up on issues reported to engineering related to design releases.,
- contributing to the department's delivery goals in terms of time, quality, and cost.,
- keeping the department's tracking boards and key performance indicators (kpis) up to date.

- degree in engineering (industrial, mechanical, or similar).,
- experience or understanding of document control, data analysis, plm systems usage, or ebom creation and management.,
- intermediate knowledge of it tools (advanced proficiency is desirable), including excel, word, outlook, sharepoint.,
- familiarity with digital documentation systems and maintaining engineering boms in plm systems.,
- advanced proficiency in english, both oral and written, capable of business-level conversation with international colleagues remotely and in person.,
- attention to detail.,
- time management skills.
