we are an international media and business development company expanding our operations in morelia. We are in the process of transforming a property into two functional spaces:
* a short-term rental space, and
* a small business office focused on creative and administrative work.
we're looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive individual to join our team on the ground in morelia to help us manage day-to-day operations and assist with ongoing business development efforts.
position overview
the operations & administrative coordinator will be responsible for:
* overseeing and maintaining the property.
* handling guest communications, check-ins, and problem resolution.
* coordinating cleaning, maintenance, and supply restocking.
* supporting administrative and clerical tasks (emails, scheduling, recordkeeping).
* assisting with local errands and vendor coordination.
* helping establish local partnerships, including outreach to schools, businesses, and service providers in morelia.
* supporting the setup and operations of the future office space.
key responsibilities
* maintain property standards and guest satisfaction for airbnb guests.
* serve as the local point of contact for the remote team.
* help manage property listings, bookings, and reviews.
* assist with documentation and local business setup tasks (bank, phone, internet, etc.).
* support business outreach and research opportunities for partnerships in morelia.
qualifications
* strong organizational and communication skills.
* reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated.
* computer and smartphone literacy (google workspace, whatsapp, email).
* comfortable managing property logistics and interacting with guests.
* professional and positive attitude when representing the company.
* previous experience in hospitality, office administration, or customer service is a plus.
* english proficiency is required.
