Mondragon assembly queretaro was joined in 2002 as part of the mondragon assembly group. At the plant we currently employ 116 people with 1,100m2 of office space and a workshop of 3,000m2 where we can turn our projects into reality. general responsibilities:
1. review of information and communication with the project team, so that they perfectly understand the machine or station to be programmed.
2. perform offline programming of stations to your car.
3. program download and signal mapping.
4. online configuration of programming.
5. online programming.
6. debug plc & hmi during commissioning tests.
7. generate backups and update them on the server.
8. generate reference documentation to screens and driving modes in the user manual.
9. carry out the development of the project at the client's and mondragon's home, maintaining constant communication with them.
10. generate reports on the activities carried out, as well as validate in writing everything that has been requested and tested with the client.
11. create documentation of very specific experiences.
12. create documentation of lessons learned applicable in future projects: special equipment manuals, lessons learned, etc. Save this information in the standard.
13. keep the action plan updated, fulfilling the commitments.
14. support for the sat.
requirements:
1. english level: intermediate.
2. availability to travel.
3. driver's license.
4. experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar position.
knowledge and academic training:
1. electronic engineering, mechatronics.
2. graphcet, ladder and structured text programming.
3. basic knowledge of electronics and pneumatics.
4. plc programming: allen bradley, siemens, mitsubishi.
5. industrial networks (ethernet, ethernet ip, profinet).
6. basic knowledge of electrical installation.
7. basic knowledge of databases (sql server).
8. basic programming in labview and visual.
