* qualifications & skills:
* minimum of 5 years' experience in a plant controller role in a multinational company
* familiar with maquiladora scheme organization in mexico
* strong attention to details and analytic skills, ability to work with high degree of accuracy.
* excellent ability to synthetize the details into the "global picture".
* proven problem-solving skills, hands-on, and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
* strong interpersonal skills and leadership to work with people at all levels within and outside dana in a professional manner and the ability to work in a team and matrix environment.
* excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
* demonstrated computer proficiency using microsoft office applications; sap and hyperion experience preferred.
* having already participated to an erp implementation or a plant start up will be definitely appreciated
* bachelor degree in business - accounting or finance
* spanish and english fluent are both mandatory
