We are seeking a highly experienced, detail-oriented accounting professional to manage our financial operations, reporting, and compliance across the portfolio. Key responsibilities accounting & bookkeeping manage bookkeeping for 10 sets of books (1 per property 1 construction company) reconcile all bank, loan, and intercompany accounts monthly manage accounts payable and receivable, including payment scheduling and collection follow-ups process employee payroll and ensure accurate tax withholding and benefits reporting conduct job costing – allocate expenses accurately to projects for profitability tracking compliance & control review and approve employee expense reports and subcontractor insurance documents prepare year‑end tax packages, including 1099 reporting and support for cpa tax filing maintain wip (work‑in‑progress) reports and update project progress tracking financial analysis & reporting create custom financial and management reports for multiple entities build and maintain cash flow forecasts and financial projections track and measure employee performance metrics and compile results for management review support management in financial planning and decision‑making qualifications bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field minimum 5 years of experience in u.s. accounting with preferred 2 years accounting specifically in construction or real estate companies proficiency in quickbooks online (multi‑entity management a must) strong command of excel or google sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, financial models) understanding of job costing, wip reporting, and intercompany transactions excellent written and verbal english communication skills high attention to detail, accountability, and confidentiality preferred cpa prior experience preparing financial reports for u.s.-based clients personal attributes proactive problem‑solver who takes ownership of results highly organized and self‑managed – can meet deadlines with minimal supervision analytical thinker who provides insight, not just numbers comfortable working remotely with distributed teams and leadership tools you'll use quickbooks online advanced google workspace (sheets, drive, meet) gusto (payroll) truss payments monday.com (task management) j-18808-ljbffr
