your role
as a mid-level business analyst at capgemini, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are clearly defined, analyzed, and translated into effective solutions. You will contribute to delivering high-quality projects across industries while supporting digital transformation initiatives in the mexican market.
your profile
* coordinate cross-functional collaboration with business stakeholders, it, and partners to align on project objectives, requirements, and timelines.
* facilitate communication across workstreams by tracking action items, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely resolution.
* document and maintain project artifacts, including meeting minutes, status updates, and business requirements documents (brds), ensuring transparency and alignment.
* support requirements gathering and translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable deliverables for project teams.
* monitor project progress and support implementation using tools like jira, smartsheets, and sharepoint, including contributing to training and change adoption efforts.
