meaningful work from day one:

develops long-term partnerships with key accounts and executives of large retailers to drive sales and profit growth. Implements tactics and executes the business plan. Collaborates with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet customer needs. Ensures compliance with all company policies and applicable laws.

what you can expect:

* implement tactics and execute the business plan; collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet customer needs.
* lead contract negotiations, develop and evaluate business plans for accounts, and introduce key members of the brown-forman mexico team to establish the partnerships further as needed.
* lead and present executive business summaries to key accounts, including accurate business results, market data, financial results, and operational issues.
* develop, coordinate, and execute customer strategies by coaching and driving the team's selling activities forward.
* track assigned kpis, providing adequate coaching and feedback to develop a sound action plan for each account.
* manage allocated accounts, budget, and resources provided, yielding maximum effectiveness and impact.

what you bring to the table:

* bachelor of business administration, marketing, or finance.
* 5+ years of experience with supermarket accounts.
* 5+ years of experience leading teams.
* strong commercial and sales skills.
* knowledge of systems and applications relevant to the role.
* abilities in administration, human capital, logistics, production, trade marketing, and shopper.
