Job title: customer service specialist / sales representative / call center specialistexperience: 1+ year -9+ yearsskills: customer service, sales, call center,location: mexico, address: paseo de la reforma 342 piso 20, 06600, ciudad de mexico, mexicojob description : the customer service sales representative primary responsibility is to have problem solving skills and can turn any situation into a great customer experience. This role will combine elements of customer service and sales. Sales & service consultants are responsible for creating an exceptional experience at every interaction for both new and existing customers.essential functionsduties include, but are not limited to:promoting and/saving products and servicesproviding an excellent customer experience via phonenegotiating and completing save/service order requests from customers.working with customers patiently, tactfully, and efficientlyaccurately informing customers of various fees and adjustments.providing options to the customer based on product and service needs.active listening skillsability to follow tactical call flows to optimize the customer experience.minimum requirementsoutstanding customer service skills.excellent skills in the following areas: communication - interpersonal - analytical - problem solving.basic math skills, data entry skills, and sales aptitudeunderstanding of hardware (peripherals) with moderate-to-high level software, and hardware troubleshooting skills.ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.preferencesprevious customer service experience in a high volume2+ years of call center experience or equivalent required1 yr contact center and 1 yr retention experience are preferredhigh school diploma or the equivalent18 years of age or oldernote:paid training will be for 5 weeks. We cannot have people going on long vacation for the first 2 months. If you have someone going for vacation outside of the 5-week training window.training schedule will be shared before onboardingour operations schedule is from 8 am to 8 pm est( m-f). we are looking at candidates who can work any 8-hour schedule within that 12-hour window. We are not looking for resources who are looking for a particular shift. Some ot will be required now and then.
