responsibilities:
develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with both regional and local initiatives.
manage social media channels to ensure consistent engagement and growth.
collaborate with content teams and agencies to create assets for social media posts and execute them according to a content calendar.
monitor and analyze the performance of key social media platforms to identify trends and opportunities.
gather and report community sentiment on key topics discussed in community channels.
possess a strong understanding of the latam gaming market, with deep insight into player behavior and the ability to provide impactful, locally relevant recommendations.
requirements:
at least 3 years of experience working with digital communities.
strong understanding of gaming communities and channels (e.g., discord, social media groups) with knowledge of relevant tools and practices to enhance engagement.
proficiency in microsoft office and google suite.
excellent verbal and written communication skills.
a passion for the gaming industry (strongly preferred).
