In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities and developing and closing strategic business with both new prospects and existing clients. You will drive revenue by navigating complex organizations and collaborating with internal deal teams to deliver relevant and innovative supply chain solutions. This is a highly competitive sales role that requires deep knowledge of the transportation industry, the ability to build credibility quickly, and the skill to craft and present complex solutions.as a strategic sales executive, you will develop relationships at a strategic level with large multinational organizations to understand how they can leverage c.h. In this role, you will work on-site four days a week when not traveling, enabling creativity and impact through face-to-face interactions.duties and responsibilitiesthe duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:identify, develop, and close strategic business with new prospects and existing clients through consultative, solution-based sales approachesbuild and maintain relationships within large multinational organizations to understand their supply chain needs and deliver tailored solutionscollaborate across internal teams and regions to develop, present, and implement complex, customized proposals that drive customer valueanalyze customer data, market trends, and internal insights to identify opportunities and make informed, timely decisionsmaintain a strong and evolving sales pipeline using customer relationship management tools and consistently meet or exceed revenue goalslead and coordinate internal deal teams to design winning solutions and ensure seamless implementation and transition to account managementleverage technology and automation to enhance customer processes and drive long-term efficiencyrepresent c.h. Robinson at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand presence and identify new opportunitiesnegotiate pricing and contract terms in alignment with customer needs and company strategycontinuously develop expertise in transportation services, analytics, technology, and market dynamics to deliver innovative solutionsqualificationsrequired:high school diploma or equivalentminimum six years of consultative sales experience in the transportation industry with a proven track record of revenue generationability to travel at least 50%, domestically and/or internationallyfluent in spanish and englishpreferred:bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or universityproficiency in microsoft officedemonstrated success in negotiation and sales strategy executionstrong presentation and organizational skillsexcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesproven success in selling tailored supply chain solutions to director, vice president, and c-level stakeholdersindependent, self-motivated, and strategic thinkerability to manage relationships across various stakeholder levelsstrong commercial mindset with a service-oriented approachfluency in additional european languages is a pluscommitted to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environmentch robinson is an equal opportunity employer.
