responsibilities
* oversee administrative activities and ensure seamless operations within the department.
* coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and send out invites to relevant stakeholders.
* manage project documentation, including tracking action items and deadlines.
* support team members with scheduling, travel arrangements, and other logistical needs.
* facilitate communication between departments and with external partners.
* assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other required documentation.
* maintain an organized filing system and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
requirements
* bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
* minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a construction or engineering environment.
* proficient in microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook).
* excellent verbal and written communication skills in both english and spanish.
* strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
* demonstrated professionalism and reliability, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
