*main responsibilities*:
- support electronics manufacturing operations by defining/implementing processes, equipment, fixtures, and work instructions.
- support daily operations by responding to tactical safety, process/equipment/fixtures, quality, and efficiency issues.
- support the uptime of tools, fixtures, and equipment.
- implement preventative maintenance activities of machines, fixtures, and drivers.
- perform continuance improvement activities to address safety, quality, and productivity.
- conduct capital expenditure analysis and procure equipment.
*what skills you need*:
- 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
- 1-2 years of experience as a manufacturing engineer.
- advanced english (spoken and written).
- knowledge of manufacturing process, quality, tooling, tool design, total preventative maintenance, and facilities.
- demonstrated ability to initiate and complete multiple, concurrent projects.
- ability to work flexible hours, including overtime (daily and weekends as needed).
*what makes you stand out*:
- experience in electronics manufacturing operations.
- experience implementing or trouble-shooting electronics manufacturing equipment.
- working knowledge of database management tools, process, and production management systems.
- background in engineering (mechanical, electrical).
