* manage pre-production build events with timelines, ensure that materials are ordered/trackers and sample requests to support build quantities.
* translate customer program requirements into achievable program plans that satisfy both irvin and the customer. Inform customer's in writing when program milestones are in jeopardy and provide recovery plans.

* resolve departmental cross-functional issues by engaging other managers, developing plans, and making timely/synchronized decisions based on facts.
* manage the engineering change process, by tracking the eo, tear down, npi and implementation
* participate on the executive review, gate review, program look ahead .
* develop plans and track the completion of apqp and ppap information.
* use sound judgment and provide risk assessment/viable countermeasures to irvin pm management early enough to allow for proper assistance when required.
* confirm that team members are holding consistent weekly comunication meetings and that the team member are well informed, check that 4m's matrix is updated .
* visit customer locations & plants during major milestone events to support the teams when required.
* participate in improving the program management department by performing special projects and achieving agreed upon objectives.
bachelor's degree (b. A.) from four-year college or university
3-5 years of seat and/or interior trim experience preferred with expertise in driving complex projects and program deliverables and managing distributed development teams preferred.
seat and/or interior trim experience highly preferred.
proficient with microsoft project and excel / 80% english
