Ecolab has an immediate need for an associate master data analyst for our pest elimination division. The customer master data team is responsible for the efficient and effective management of ecolab's customer master data and customer hierarchies. The associate master data analyst is knowledgeable and responsible for all areas of customer master data and drives process improvements through customer data analytics.

what you will do:
* understands end-to-end master data processes and flows and uses that knowledge to design and implement master data management solutions.
* provides business process, system support and data quality governance for master data through data coordination and integration to ensure efficient processes and consistent data flows to business and stakeholders.
* conducts testing and system validation to troubleshoot issues related to master data management and system. Identifies and implements process improvements in relation to master data processes.
* identifies, reviews, and evaluates master data management metrics.
* recommends ways to strengthen data integrity, quality, and availability across the enterprise. Provides training and support on master data process to users.
minimum qualifications:
* high school diploma or equivalent
* 1-3 years of experience
* no immigration sponsorship available
preferred qualifications:
* associate degree in business administration, management, finance administration, finance, marketing
* proven analytical skills with high aptitude for research, analysis, and problem-solving and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
