this role is focused on outbound prospecting and lead generation. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and booking qualified meetings for the closing team.

* conduct outbound prospecting via:
o cold calls
o linkedin outreach
o email campaigns
* identify and engage decision-makers
* qualify leads based on defined criteria
* book meetings for the internal sales team
* maintain accurate crm tracking and activity logs
* consistently meet and exceed outreach and booking targets
requirements

* fluency in spanish + english (mandatory)
* previous experience in:
o sdr / bdr / telemarketing / outbound sales
* * strong communication and persuasion skills
* comfortable handling cold calls and objections
* self-driven and performance-oriented
* experience using tools like linkedin / crm is a plus
