We're looking for a 100% bilingual spanish-english hr generalist based in mexico city to handle global, onboarding, continuing education, and recruiting (for the americas) for our 50-person company. You are energetic, quick, proactive, and love running multiple projects at once, as long as they are related to creating a happier, more collaborative, and more efficient workplace.

*tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to*:

- managing talent acquisition, recruitment and hiring processes to hit hiring goals
- conducting market research on salaries and running annual nps surveys
- conducting new employee onboarding globally (mexico, us, ukraine, belarus)
- creating and managing cultural processes such as 360° performance reviews, performance improvement plans, and fostering a culture of kudos
- working with the coo to create and manage ongoing education processes such as workshops on effective communication, how to run projects, and managers' training
- keep company org chart fully updated

*requirements and skills*:

- 2+ years of experience in diverse fields of hr or as an hr generalist
- extremely independent; able to work in fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision and guidance
- world-class written communicator so that you can work with our global team and eventually lead workshops on communication
- understanding of general human resources policies and procedures, especially labor laws in mexico
- excellent communication and people skills; you are a people person and love to see others happy
- aptitude and appetite for problem-solving and fixing interpersonal situations
- highly ethical and empathetic; you're someone that can be trusted and that has others' best interests in mind
- nice to have: previous experience with bamboohr

(radical candor is required reading!)
- *world-class communicators*:when in doubt, overcommunicate. Imagine how many problems in the world have been caused by miscommunication or misunderstandings caused by less-than-perfect communication. We’ve all been there - you walk away from an interaction thinking that the other person understood you perfectly, yet find out a few days later that they had a completely different takeaway of the conversation as you did. This is especially a challenge for globally distributed teams who work in several different languages and time zones. We are looking to build a team of world-class communicators (whether written or verbal, but ideally both) in order to improve efficiency, productivity, and happiness at yo (less misunderstandings = happier workplace). (required reading: the story of everybody, somebody, anybody, and nobody)
- *proactive & problem-solving attitude*:nobody wants to work with somebody who only brings problems to the table and not solutions. We’re looking for people who will lead brainstorms, suggest ways to help their coworkers solve problems, or be willing to roll up their sleeves and jump in if their help/skillset is needed (the “no task too small” attitude). We expect that the first response to a problem is to start finding solutions.
