objetivo del puesto
operar el proceso instalado para el tratamiento de agua sanitaria y de uso en las instalaciones de la compañía, monitoreando y reportando los indicadores del proceso.
responsibilities
* operar el tratamiento de agua residual sanitaria y de reúso, monitorear variables de operación y capturar en los registros aplicables de acuerdo con el instructivo y especificaciones del área. Reportar cualquier incidencia al jefe inmediato.
* revisar los equipos críticos de su área para asegurar su buen funcionamiento, reportar y dar seguimiento a la atención de fallas y anomalías en los equipos y maquinaria a su cargo; generar órdenes de trabajo al área de mantenimiento.
* realizar el correcto llenado del checklist vehicular y el de tanquería y equipos a su cargo.
* monitorear niveles de fosas sépticas, reportar mediciones a jefe inmediato, realizar extracciones y transportar el agua sanitaria con el vehículo asignado hacia el cárcamo de entrada y/o destinos especificados por el jefe inmediato para evitar derrames.
* dar seguimiento a verificación y/o mantenimiento preventivo de los equipos de su proceso a cargo conforme a los programas establecidos.
* realizar limpieza profunda en las trampas de grasas. Verificar espacio de almacenamiento y reportar capacidad disponible a jefe inmediato para extracción de residuos.
* realizar limpiezas generales en planta de tratamiento, área de trabajo y cárcamo.
* realizar muestreos de rutina en punto clave del proceso para generar información que complemente el desempeño del proceso.
* realizar purgas de lodo, verificar capacidad disponible para disposición y reportar al jefe inmediato para extracción de residuos.
* verificar capacidad disponible para disposición y tratamiento de agua de reúso mediante el proceso de cavitación y reportar al jefe inmediato.
requisitos y experiencia
* secundaria terminada.
* experiencia mínima de 1 año usando equipos de medición electrónicos.
* conocimiento en el tratamiento de aguas residuales.
* conocimiento de mecánica y electricidad.
* licencia de chofer vigente.
