Role purposelead the strategic development and acceleration of uriage in mexico, shaping a brand that seamlessly integrates dermatological efficacy with consumer desirability.this role is accountable for driving sustainable growth, strengthening brand equity and elevating uriage's positioning within the dermocosmetic landscape, translating global vision into locally relevant, high-impact execution.the brand manager acts as a truebusiness owner, combining sharp dermocosmetic market knowledge with a refined understanding of brand building, consumer behavior, and omnichannel retail execution.key responsibilitiesstrategic leadership & brand stewardship define and orchestrate the brand strategy, ensuring alignment with global guidelines while maximizing local market opportunities. Elevate brand equity by reinforcing uriage's unique intersection between science, safety, and dermatological care. Anticipate consumer needs, market trends, and category opportunities to accelerate growth. Business ownership & performance build, manage, and optimize the brand a&p investment strategy across key pillar ranges and priority channels, with a strong focus on roi and business impact. Be deeply performance-oriented, with an obsession for sell-out excellence and executional impact at retail level. Portfolio & innovation management lead end-to-end product launches, from opportunity sizing to go-to-market excellence. Shape a high-performing portfolio strategy, balancing hero products, innovation and lifecycle management. Develop compelling business cases to support strategic investment decisions. 360° execution excellence design and deploy integrated marketing strategies across all touchpoints: retail, e-commerce, digital, crm, pr and influence. Ensure consistency, creativity and impact in execution, elevating both brand visibility and conversion. Champion a consumer-centric approach across the entire journey. Medical & scientific credibility collaborate cross-functionally with the medical visit team to drive dermatologist awareness, prescription, and advocacy.profile+5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, ideally withindermocosmetics, skincare or beauty. Proven track record managing brands with full ownership of strategy, execution and business performance. Deep understanding of consumer behavior, trends and brand building in a premium context. Thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving market environment, demonstrating agility, proactivity, and a strong ability to adapt and react quickly to new challenges.
